Automation Taipei 2025 Exhibition Review



iCore at Automation Taipei 2025 ✋



Last week, we participated in Automation Taipei 2025 in Taiwan.

We had the pleasure of joining the exhibition in collaboration with our local distributor UR Vision and our new distributor Nevis.

Thanks to the expertise of both partners, this exhibition was a great opportunity to effectively showcase our core technologies to the Taiwanese market.

What is iCore’s Exhibition



iCore x UR Vision


✅ COM Series + Oscilloscope


Our new COM Series is a strobe controller lineup that combines high performance with cost competitiveness. At the exhibition, we prepared a live demo to highlight its key feature: independent LED channel control.


Using an oscilloscope, visitors could adjust the Delay Time and Duration for each channel and observe the resulting waveform changes in real time. This setup allowed engineers to experience the precision and stability of the COM Series firsthand, drawing significant attention at the booth.

✅ TGV Inspection


Triangulation-based Auto Focus Sensor + Hybrid Spot M2 Lighting + 25MP Area Camera + Mitutoyo 20X Lens

We showcased its high-precision Auto Focus (AF) technology combined with high-intensity lighting for TGV inspection. TGV inspection requires precise focusing and clear hole contour detection.


At the booth, we demonstrated the difference in focus with AF ON/OFF, as well as the Position Offset function to visualize focus shifts at the Top, Waist (-250µm), and Bottom (-500µm) layers in real time.

With the increasing demand for TGV inspection driven by advancements in semiconductor packaging, our demo drew considerable interest from many potential customers.

iCore x Nevis


✅ 16K Large-Format Auto Focus Module


Auto Focus Sensor (IT-AF-MBK1) + 16MP Line Scan Camera + 3× Tube Lens

This demo featured iCore’s triangulation-based Auto Focus Sensor (IT-AF-MBK1) combined with a large-diameter lens, designed as a large-format Auto Focus module.


iCore’s Auto Focus modules are highly customizable. From our in-house developed TTL / Triangulation AF sensors to tailor-made lens modules and Z-axis actuators, we provide flexible configurations that can be adapted to diverse application needs.
