One of the key highlights of the booth was the ON-THE-FLY INSPECTION DEMO, which drew significant interest from visitors. The demo illustrated high-speed inspection at 1,000 mm/s, clearly demonstrating how bright lighting and fast lighting control technology enable the capture of sharp images even under rapid motion conditions.
✅ Hybrid Spot M2 Lighting (iLight)
The Hybrid Spot M2, which offers ✨three times the brightness compared to the previous M1 model, is an ultra-high-intensity spot light optimized for high-magnification and high-speed inspection environments. Its ability to maintain stable illuminance makes it highly reliable for precise inspection tasks.
iCore’s strobe controller, iPulse, features ultra-fast response speeds of less than 0.5 μs⚡, even at a maximum current of 200A. This ensures powerful, instantaneous illumination to eliminate motion blur caused by rapidly moving inspection targets. iPulse delivers the precision needed to capture crisp, clear images under high-speed inspection.
With a combination of high-brightness lighting and precise lighting control, iCore supports accurate defect detection in high-speed, high-magnification inspection settings—ultimately helping customers improve ↗️inspection accuracy and boost overall yield.
