What is iCore’s Exhibition
[iFocus]
1. Based on a 10× Objective Lens Supporting an 82 mm Image Circle
A triangulation-based autofocus solution designed for high magnification and high-resolution inspection.
A triangulation-based autofocus solution designed for high magnification and high-resolution inspection.
To overcome the limitation of the small image circle of conventional microscope lenses,
ICORE collaborated with the Korean optics company 'Siwon Optics' to develop an AF module using large-format microscope lenses.
This solution delivers stable inspection performance even in environments using TDI line-scan cameras and ultra-high-resolution cameras.

2. Integrated BrightField / DarkField Inspection & Autofocus Module
Based on Mitutoyo optical systems, this solution captures BrightField and DarkField images simultaneously.
Based on Mitutoyo optical systems, this solution captures BrightField and DarkField images simultaneously.
Through multi-strobing, images are captured under different illumination conditions, enabling clearer detection of surface features.
iCore’s triangulation autofocus technology ensures stable focusing even across wide inspection areas.

3. TTL (Coaxial) Autofocus Module for Stable Focusing at 50× Magnification
Optimized for high-magnification microscope inspection.
In high-magnification microscope optics, the depth of focus becomes extremely shallow, making stable focusing difficult.
The TTL-based autofocus system delivers highly accurate and repeatable focusing performance even at 50× magnification, making it ideal for precision microscope inspection.

4. High-Speed Lens Switching Within 0.2 Seconds
A precision lens-changing module powered by a high-speed linear shaft motor.
The Linear Lens Changer allows rapid magnification changes depending on inspection requirements, enabling flexible operation from wide-FOV inspection to high-magnification precision inspection within a single system.
Supports up to 5 objective lenses ! Achieves positioning accuracy of **±1 µm !

8. Hybrid Spot M2 vs. 600 W Light Source Comparison
The Hybrid Spot M2 delivers brightness six times higher than a 600 W light source.
Its compact design allows integration into various optical structures such as : Coaxial lighting / Fiber optics / Ring guides
In this demo, a dark-field inspection setup combined with a ring guide was used to detect surface defects.
See how much brighter and clearer images can be obtained compared to a 600 W light source.

9. 600 W Light Source Optimized for Line-Scan Inspection
Light Source Supporting Continuous and High-Power Strobe Lighting
A 600 W light source designed for stable illumination in environments with high duty cycles, such as line-scan inspection.
It supports both continuous lighting and high-power strobe operation.
This new product will be available soon.

10. High-Brightness RGB Spot Light with Dichroic Mirror Optics
RGB lighting solution that enables various color combinations.
Each RGB channel can be controlled independently or combined to produce a wide range of colors.
This makes it possible to generate intermediate colors such as orange, which are difficult to achieve with conventional LED lighting.
As a result, optimal lighting conditions can be configured according to the characteristics of the inspection target.
